IOCL SHOULD NOW PLAN TO OUTRIGHTLY PURCHASE CRUDE OIL WELL IN INTERNATIONAL MARKETS & ALSO PARTICIPATE IN OIL EXPLORATION OF CRUDE OIL WITHIN THE COUNTRY & ABROAD WITH COLLABORATIONS. IT SHOULD BECOME THE COMPLETE OIL COMPANY WITH INTREGATION OF UPSTREAM ACTIVITIES WITH THE EXISTING DOWNSTREAM ACTIVITIES.
