Nominations for the post of Director (Exploration) ONGC Ltd.

Attached is the copy of MoP&NG’s communication dated 30.03.2012, advising to send the names/ applications of the suitable officers for the post of Director (Exploration), ONGC Limited, Schedule `A' CPSE, in the pay scale of Rs. 75,000-1,00,000 (Revised).
You are requested to send us the nominations/ applications of the interested officers, meeting the requisite eligibility criteria as specified in the job description, in seniority order for the above post by 18.05/2012. In case of no nomination, ‘Nil' report may also be provided by 18/05/2012.
While sending the applications, kindly ensure that :
For the above board level post in Schedule ‘A’ CPSE, applications are sent only in respect of officers in Grade ‘H’ and above in line with CO HR IOM No. DP/4/1/13 dated 08.03.2010, addressed to Divisional HR heads.
Information furnished by the applicants is certified by the competent forwarding authority with telephone numbers and office seal.
As conveyed through our IOM No. DP/7/6 dated 8th February 2011, following may please be brought to the notice of all the officers, applying for the subject post:
- 1. Candidate has to submit his/ her willingness for the post at the time of interview itself, clearly stating that he/ she will join the post, if selected. If any candidate does not initially give his/ her willingness, he/ she may not be interviewed.
- 2. If any of the candidates, who appeared for the interview and is selected by the PESB, gives his/ her unwillingness after the interviews is held, but before the appointment is processed, would be debarred for a period of two years from the date of interview from being considered for a Board level post in any Pubic Sector Enterprises (PSEs) other than the one to which the candidate belongs.
- 3. If any candidate gives his/ her unwillingness after the issue of offer of appointment, he/she would be debarred for a period of two years from the date of offer of appointment from being considered for a Board level post in any PSE other than the one to which the candidate belongs.

Schedule `A' CPSE, in the pay scale of Rs. 75,000 – 1,00,000/- (Revised).
You are requested to send us the nominations/ applications of the interested officers, meeting the requisite eligibility criteria as specified in the job description,

Schedule `B' CPSE, in the pay scale of Rs. 65,000 - 75,000/- (Revised).
You are requested to send us the nominations/ applications of the interested officers, meeting the requisite eligibility criteria as specified in the job description, in seniority order for the above post by 26.04.2012. In case of no nomination, ‘Nil' report may also be provided by 26.04.2012 itself positively.
