As  profiles of many politicians in our country , are

@ Mafia type

@Angootha chhap(Illiterate)

@knowledge about there country, nill.

How can we become a developed country?

Can’t government take a reformative decision & allow an examination and other various process for MP’s and MLA’s. How can a mafia type & illiterate person runs a constituency,thus resulting  in running our country.We are participating in various competitive exams for becoming an IAS are any officer  for running a small part of our country (say a corporation)

If they cann’t take so much stern decision, then atleast make some eligibility criteria so that a well educated & clean character(atleast not a goonda- badmassh type) person , participate in politics.

I think even  some characters , which are shown on TV , don’t know how to talk and defenitely don’t know many thing about there country.

These khhurafaat type ideas many times swirls in my mind, so I have expressed it in IndianoilEXPRESS. May be I am not as much expressive here in my words , about my ideas. If  I am wrong , forgive me.

The recent ugly scenes enacted in the Rajya Sabha - a house of Seniors - itself reveal how the so-called ''DEMOCRACY" is working in India in the wake of passing of reservations to women.  These happenings (or mishaps) occurred in State legislatures and even in the Parliament for which we feel to be ashamed and embarrassed as well.

The biggest irony of this democracy is that well-educated IAS & IPS officers have to make a beeline to these elements and thus themselves are becoming  corrupt at the highest level.  We see many cases of this kind.  Corruption in this country is starting from  top to the bottom and not vice versa.

We agree that legislatures and Parliament should have rather polished men and women (the irony is that even women are not lagging behind men in corrupt practices and amassing wealth disproportionate to their assets)

The question is who will bell the cat?  This is because legislation has to be done by these legislators only.

I am agree with TSCRAO sir.

But just for belling the ring, we have to wait n watch for developing our country?????

There is no solution for it? It is a fragile system in our country from top level.

 HI ALL

This is my first post on  this forum . Hope it ll be a long ,educating and exhilarating journey .

coming to active discussin ......who ll bell the cat ? ofcourse rats ll have to...

passing the buck wont work anymore not for long atleast.It is we who put these MPs and MLAs in those chairs by casting votes so the onus falls on us to practise our right to franchise and practise it in right manner .

would u believe what is avg turnout in votes hardly 40% compared to turnout for big budget , posh starrer movie flick,80%. who do u think is to held responsible?

coming to reservation bill ......

Rampage at desk of VICE PRESIDENT of INDIA ......what was that ,would u cll it democratic expression of views , or uncivilised hoodlums creating mockery of democracy and those who were suspended justify by call it their right to express freely . well tides of change are visible now , reservation ll atleast ensure 33% more decency in parliament( atleast we can hope for ) Hopefully following sessions will see introduction of bill for minimum education for MPs MLAs , though with as much rucous .................well we all know change is always resisted
